11:30am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls' getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
1pm Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:15pm Bride gets into her gown
1:45pm Dana drives Kendal to Ocean Course for First Look; second shooter drives Scott
2pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits at Ocean Course
2:30pm Wedding party photos at Ocean Course
3pm Family formals at Ocean Course
3:30pm Everyone tucked away; Dana + second shooter to photograph ceremony + reception space at this time
4:30pm Ceremony
5pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph remaining family photos + lit reception details at this time
5:45pm Sunset photos (sunset 6:26pm)
6pm Reception begins
10pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
